[Doxygen-develop] Q_PROPERTY working, more information would be helpful

I see that Q_PROPERTY's are now implemented, at least in the XML output. 
However, the <property> tag does not indicate whether the properties are 
read-only, scriptable, designable.

Is there any work going on for that part?
