[Doxygen-develop] patches

Hi,

I'm glad to see that most of my patches got into the CVS, but there are two
of them for which I got no feedback and are not in the CVS. Any chance of
inserting them into the sources?

        * filedef.cpp (FileDef::writeDocumentation): Likewise.
