hi all, would it make sense to join the main page and modules page? I have a c based project and therefore on the modules page are the modules defined by @defgroup. This is actually not a lot. The mainpage is not some big as well (I know it depends on how much one puts into that section). The advantage would be to save some space in the page header and imho to give a the reader an immediate entry into the docs. Anyway this is releate to my previous RFE concerning "consistent style of docs", especially that the list of the modules hierarchy uses the same style as on the modules pages and that modules can have a brief description apart from their name. open question: If this would be accepted, which order is the best - mainpoage, modules or vice versa? Any comments? ciao Stefan -- \|/ Stefan Kost <@ @> private business +-oOO-(_)-OOo------------------------------------------------------ - - - - - | __ Address Simildenstr. 5 HTWK Leipzig, Fb IMN, Postfach 301166 | /// 04277 Leipzig 04251 Leipzig | __ /// Germany Germany | \\\/// Phone +49341 2253538 +49341 30766101 | \__/ EMail st_kost_at_gmx.net kost_at_imn.htwk-leipzig.de | WWW www.sonicpulse.de www.imn.htwk-leipzig.de/~kost/about.html ===-=-=--=---=---------------------------------- - - - - - |
