[Doxygen-develop] space after doxylogo in html-footer

hi hi,

the html-fragment in the current (version 1.3.3) footer look like this:
	<a href="http://www.doxygen.org/index.html">
	<img src="doxygen.png" alt="doxygen" align="middle" border="0">
	</a>
but should better be a oneliner like this:
	<a href="http://www.doxygen.org/index.html"><img src="doxygen.png"
alt="doxygen" align="middle" border="0"></a>

This would avoid that the blue underscores right after the image.
