[Doxygen-develop] XML Source Listing

The creation of source code listing in XML output should be optional, as 
it is somewhat verbose. A lot of processing time will be saved as a result 
of this. A colleague of mine is working on a patch for the latest release 
to fulfil this.

I just wanted to know any comments on this.
