[Doxygen-develop] \copydoc and REPEAT_BRIEF=yes

When REPEAT_BRIEF is set to yes the brief description is part of the
detailed description and shuld as such be included by \copydoc.

I whould also very much like to see a \clonedoc or \copy-all-doc that whould
allow you to have a function (or in my case a macro) that has the exact same
documentation as another function.
