[Doxygen-develop] out of memory - doxytag 1.3.3 / Windows XP

      Hello,

I'm testing/playing with doxygen 1.3.3 / Windows  XP  on a project of
"significant" size:
 
Running doxytag on a Windows XP system with 2G of phys memory (1.7G
available) on a *Large* bunch of HTML files generated by doxygen gives an
"out of memory" error only after parsing a few files.
 
Can this be avoided?
 
I'd like to use the search engine (very important for this source - too
difficult to navigage large codebase without it) and have spent 2 days
running doxygen to create the HTML, .dot, .latex, etc.
 
Thank you for ideas/help!    BTW I can change source... can I fix this?
Can doxytag make use of VM or memory beyond the DOS limit?
