I think the source of the problem was a dos2unix accident introduced
by me :-( (Normally I remove the ^M in vim, but I guess I used dos2unix this
time, which obviously had an unwanted side-effect). I'll correct this ASAP.

I got at least 3 report of this as well, so there might be even more ;-)
