Hi.

It's a quite strange.

Isn't libpng under GPL (or LGPL) ? I don't know it. If so, the porting is
under the GPL (or LGPL) too (copyleft of GPL and LGPL).

Since Doxygen is under GPL it will not be a problem to link doxygen to it.
