[Doxygen-develop] libpng problem

Hi doxygen developers,

I'm porting on cygwin, but cygwin maintainers say,

They say that doxygen must exclude libpng source files.
They dislike one package include other library without dynamic linking.
I will obey their arguments on cygwin "only".
I don't know we must exclude libpng on all platform.
I think windows developers needs the source files.

Would you give me your opinion?
