[Doxygen-develop] setEncoding ?

Hello

I think the latest doxygen generates ISO-8859-1 encoding for XML output.
But it does not seem to call QTextStream::setEncoding(QTextStream::Latin1)
in genarateXML function.
Is it correct ?
