[Doxygen-develop] caption support for tables

Hello,

attached you can find a patch (diffed against 20011209 cvs version) that
adds caption support for the <table></table> environment to doxygen.
i.e. the patch makes doxygen understand <caption> and </caption> tags.
It supports html and latex output.
