Hi Dimitri and others,

I have noticed that the idea of TranslatorAdapterCVS was somehow
redundant.  It is much clearer to use TranslatorAdapter_x_y_z directly even
for the CVS releases.  Because of that, I did simplify the
translator_adapter.h
by renaming TranslatorAdapterCVS to TranslatorAdapterBase and made
it the abstract class.  Consequently, I did simplify the translator.pl
script so
that there is nothing like "almost up-to-date" translator (only the
up-to-date
or obsolete).  I have also updated the language.tpl documentation with 
respect to that.

Finally, the archive contains also the updated translator_cz.h.
