[Doxygen-develop] alpahbetical index for c based projects

Hi,

I would like to specify in the Doxyfile what to add to the ALHABETICAL_INDEX.
I currently work on some c-based libraries. Personally I would like to see *everything* there (no just structs, but functions, structs, defines, enums,...)
