Greetings, I get the message "texify: makeindex failed for some reason." in TeXworks when I run the Doxygens TeX output. The resulting PDF does not contain any links or index, due to the fact there is no rerun of pdfLaTex after the error message. The project passes Doxygen without errors or warnings. The log-file "refman.ilg" reports a lot of input errors in "refman.idx" and ends in the middle of the sentence ************** This is makeindex, version 2.15 [MiKTeX 2.9] (kpathsea + Thai support). Scanning input file refman.idx... !! Input index error (file = refman.idx, line = 1): -- Extra `@' at position 146 of first argument. !! Input index error (file = refman.idx, line = 2): -- First argument too long (max 1024). ... !! Input index error (file = refman.idx, line = 82): -- First argument too long (m ************** Examining the file "refman.idx" I recognized some lines contain more than 4000 chars. Doxygen version 1.8.8 MikTeX 2.9 (updated and FNDB refreshed) Using Doxygen version 1.8.6 everything works fine and there are only a few lines in refman.idx that exceeds 1024 characters. Anybody else who observed this behaviour?
