Hi Rajmohan,

Did you have a look at:
  doxygen  --help
  doxygen -w rtf styleSheetFile
  doxygen -e rtf extensionsFile
and the following items from the Doxyfile:
  RTF_STYLESHEET_FILE
  RTF_EXTENSIONS_FILE
