I can tell it is the default to use it, yes.   But note the title of
the thread here is 'Get rid of "More..."' and my original question was:

'Is there some way I can **toggle** the inclusion of the "More..." link
at the end of brief descriptions?  It's come out in my docs as totally
superfluous...'

I.e., I am asking how to TURN THIS OFF (toggle).   I DO NOT want the
"More..." link to appear.    I am asking if this can be DISABLED.
