[Doxygen-users] Generating documentation when source code is continuously being updated

I want to add Doxygen support to DXR. The DXR indexes the source code of
popular mozilla source trees like mozilla-central and comm-central.

As said the source code of these trees is continuously being updated. How
can we generate documentation of such source code?? Is there a possible,
work around or one has to deal with it and generate documentation each time
from scratch.
