[Doxygen-users] Error with generating RTF from Doxygen 1.8.5

Anyone know why I get the below errors from Doxygen when trying to produce
doc from C# code?

error: problems opening rtf file namespaces.rtf for reading

error: An error occurred during post-processing the RTF files!

*** Doxygen has finished


I looked in the output directory and there is no file named
"namespaces.rtf".

There are namespace files like "namespace_xyz.rtf" though.
