[Doxygen-develop] Doxygen's code repository has moved to GitHub

Hi,

As of today doxygen's code repository has officially moved to GitHub!
It can be found here: https://github.com/doxygen/doxygen

I plan to do changes as individual commits, so it is more easy to see
what code changes belong to a fix or feature. I also plan to do much more
frequent pushes, so you can more quickly use and test fixes. This also 
means that the changelogs will no longer be posted here. Stable releases 
will be tagged as such and the change log is then equal to the commit log 
since the last tag.

I still have to get a bit more familar with the possibilities and the best way
of working, so any tips are welcome ;-)
