Hi Paweł,

I personally use cygwin. The cygwin is mentioned in the doc.
I did not update it for a while. The bison and flex show...

	c:\cygwin\bin>bison --version
	bison (GNU Bison) 2.4.2
	Written by Robert Corbett and Richard Stallman.

	Copyright (C) 2010 Free Software Foundation, Inc.
	This is free software; see the source for copying conditions.  There is NO

	c:\cygwin\bin>flex --version
	flex 2.5.35

Besides that, I do compile doxygen using Visual Studio 2008.
