Dimitri, any ideas on this one?  I think that we will need some kind of 
huge project sample in a tar/zip to reproduce this bug.

I don't undestand this message. How can I decrease the memory 
requirement for the doxygen? Is it depent from configuration file?

Can you provide us with a stacktrace?  That would help us figure out 
where the problem lies in Doxygen.
