[Doxygen-develop] Almost Back

Hello Everyone,

I previously worked with this project.  Something happened that caused 
me to stop for a few years (Dimitri has the story).  I have been able 
to salvage my GNOME Bugzilla account, which has editbugs permissions on 
it.  Currently, I use public computers and a Playstation 3 to gain 
access to the internet.  Once I get a PC in the next few months, I will 
be able to help triage some bugs in Doxygen and make a few patches for 
Dimitri to review.
