[Doxygen-develop] Proposed patch for: Bug 598481 - Fortran extends keyword not supported

Hi all,

I'd like to draw your attention to a patch I just attached to this bug
report:

This is my first attempt at flex/doxygen/etc, so please let me know if I
missed anything obvious etc, especially if it means the patch can't be
applied to the project.

Note that the patch does not attempt to do anything clever with the type
extension information, it just ensures doxygen doesn't choke when the EXTEND
attribute is used.
