hello everybody,
I experienced a problem generating latex documentation for my code since
in the comments I also have strings in cyrillic alphabet. This is the
error I get:

Which version of doxygen are you using.
What is yous setting of the input encoding? Does the HTML output look OK?

Dear Fabio,
A bit of an older version of doxygen (12-07-2012), what happens with
version 1.8.9.1 ?
There have been quite a few changes, also in the LaTeX part.

Did you look at the inputenc documentation? :-)
Mixing latin an cyrillic characters may require some experimentation with
the latex header used by doxygen. I'd try with a simple latex file first,
and when you have something that works, try to integrate changes into the
header used by doxygen (see LATEX_HEADER in the docs).
The following worked for me:
\documentclass{article}
\usepackage[utf8]{inputenc}
\usepackage[T2A]{fontenc}
\begin{document}
Test: Имя пользователя
\end{document}

I never used latex output myself, but according to the docs the is none. You can output the standard header and modify this. Look for LATEX_HEADER in http://www.stack.nl/~dimitri/doxygen/manual/config.html#cfg_generate_latex. Regards, Matthias |
