Hi there,

the attached testcase shows that, under some circumstances I do not
understand, the Doxygen 1.2.7 release can generate an empty list like

  \begin{CompactItemize}
  \end{CompactItemize}

To this kind of empty lists, LaTeX reacts badly:

  ! LaTeX Error: Something's wrong--perhaps a missing \item.

  See the LaTeX manual or LaTeX Companion for explanation.
  Type  H <return>  for immediate help.
   ...                                              
                                                  
  l.101 \end{CompactItemize}

Am I doing something wrong?
Is there any workaround?

P.S.  To run the attached testcase, simply `doxygen Doxyfile'.
