I'll second that.
Currently I'm maintaining the docs for a largish js project externally in b*stardised-C.
IMHO the biggest drawback, duplication of effort aside, is the js-unfriendly naming convention that doxygen uses for C.
For instance: "Class List" and "Classes", where "Object List" and "Objects" would be far more appropriate for js.
Even just the possibility to re-name these during generation would be a big help.
NB: I do not mean to imply that I think "someone else" should fix the problem for me - I'd be happy try my hand, but as a total noob in this area I'd need plenty of guidance.
Doxygen is a great tool as it stands - my thanks to Dimitri and all contributors!
