+ BUG: Fixed potential bogus link in the references list.
+ BUG: Auto detection of idl files was broken.
+ BUG: Preprocessor did not parse hexadecimal values correctly.
+ ADD: Included languages updates for French, Portuguese,
Korean, Italian, Dutch, Slovene and Brazil.
+ ADD: Included patch by Adam Doppelt to make doxysearch work
better with windows/IIS.
+ BUG: Fixed XML output problem (too many </highlight> tags).
+ ADD: Added more info to the XML output: include dependencies,
member groups, re-implement relations, const/volatile specifiers,
namespace info.
