I don't know if it's an old topic here but I couldn't find out by myself...

When I am trying to generate RTF documentation I can't see the pictures ,
the index and the page numbers probably there is something lacking in the
configuration probably in the command syntax ....
Can anybody tell me ?
Can anybody give me an example of Doxygen generating RTF documentation ?
