doxygen-develop

as i tried to compile doxygen-1.3.6.src.tar.gz on windows using the
projects in the wintool directory.but  with the file as in the archive i
kept getting an error message until i found out the the file QGCache.CPP
is missing as a source in the project qtools.dsp. i have the corrected
dsp file. let me know if it can be helpfull. i would be honored tohave
contributed even this very very small piece to the so widly spread
project doxigen.
