How do I generate .cpp files  from .l files with MicrosoftVisual C ?

Get a windows version of flex (see for instance
http://unxutils.sourceforge.net/) and use it
in the same way as is done in the makefiles (from the command line you
should be able to use "make.bat msvc" to compile doxygen).
