Does re-running Doxygen on the same source and output directory (e.g. changing just DOT_GRAPH_MAX_NODE value)
update the existing output files
OR
regenerate all the output files again?
It seems that the time taken for subsequent runs differs not much from the first run. Why such an inefficient design?
