I have installed Doxygen on a Win 7 64bit system with Doxywizard front end for an AVR processor and using the C language. I only get an output html file with headings, and never any documentation. This applies even when I use Microchip/Atmel example projects generated in Studio 7, which are supposed to be complete with documentation. Doxygen seems to read all files correctly, but there is only a blank output, see attachment.
What could possibly be the problem?
