When I go to webpage

http://www.stack.nl/~dimitri/doxygen/download.html#latestsrc

and download the 32bit binary zip-archive for Windows then there is NO "doxywizard.exe" inside.

So when I want to use a Doxygen GUI I am forced to download and use setup.exe.

Why?

There is no reason why the gui program should not be packed into the *.zip archive.
