pdflatex: How to prevent hyphenation?

My \mainpage contains text that talks about C modules whose names contain underscores. When using a doxygen project with output set as pdflatex the names are hyphenated after the underscore when they exceed the line width. Is there a way to prevent this, something like a tag <nohyphen>? I tried several tags, like TT, CODE, etc, but none works.
