#32 Support adding annotations to the class diagram

The class diagram should offer a feature to include the annotations of a class (selected by regex pattern).

E.g.

%{include|uml-class-diagram=my.xml.types|add-annotations=.*Xml.*}

Expected Result:
Shows a diagram of all XML types that are linked against their annotations.
