#14 subdirectories point to the wrong CSS

We have site that has subfolders:

src/site/apt/index.apt
src/site/apt/configuration/configure.apt

the macro's css file is located in:
resources/attached-includes/css/shCoreDefault.css

an include for the first page works fine, firebug shows me that the css location is loaded from:
/attached-includes/css/shCoreDefault.css

but for the second page it's trying to load from
/configuration/attached-includes/css/shCoreDefault.css

This is probably not correct.
