Detailed User Guide

• Transfer the plugin folder to the '/wp-content/plugins/' directory within your WordPress setup.
• Go to the ‘Plugins’ section in your WordPress dashboard and activate the plugin.
• Access your CM Downloads settings by navigating through the Admin Menu on the left.
• All downloads can be found at the '/cmdownloads/' URL.
• To view the user dashboard, visit '/cmdownload/dashboard/'.
• It's crucial to set up download categories before your first download.

Note: To ensure proper functionality of the JavaScript plugin files, your theme must include the wp_head() function. Failure to do so may require manual embedding of these files into your theme code, which is generally not recommended.

To customize the plugin’s design:

Create a new folder named 'CMDM' in your theme’s directory. Replicate the directory structure you see in 'cm-download-manager/views/frontend/' within this 'CMDM' folder. The system will give precedence to files located in the 'CMDM' folder over the default files from the plugin when they are present.
