I want to delete duplicate files from two separate directory trees. I know that no duplicates will be found in just one of the trees alone. After searching, I get a long list of entries starting with "2 equal files of size <x>", followed by two filepaths, one from each tree.
I enabled "Show Options", checked "...in directory:" and selected one of the trees. After "Apply", all files in that tree are highlighted in red. This seems to be of little use, since I cannot tell the program to delete the highlighted files, which is exactly what I want to do.
I have found files that have a duplicate and I it seems I can only get rid of them by selecting 1400 files, which would take at least half an hour. The red highlighting is only a visual aid there.
