#10 Incorrect duplicate reporting of special/virtual folders

I'm not sure if this issue is due to a special or a virtual folder but DFF needs to process file physical paths rather than all logical paths. On my PC DFF is reporting files in the following folders as duplicates...

C:\ProgramData\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\CurrentVersion
C:\ProgramData\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\12.1.7004.6500.105

even though the folder CurrentVersion is actually the same physical folder 12.1.7004.6500.105

There are other folders like this used in Windows. This results in the over-reporting of duplicates and is potentially dangerous as deleting one of the reported dupes is actually deleting the ONLY occurrence of the file.

DFF would also not process the same file multiple times if it used physical paths.
