[Doublecommand-announce] DoubleCommand 1.6.3

Hi DoubleCommand users,

I've uploaded DoubleCommand 1.6.3, which has only a very minor change to 
allow using backslash as forward delete with the Option key to support 
deleting to word boundaries. The web site has also been updated to both 
make it easier for me to update, and also hopefully easier to find what 
you're looking for.

The focus for DoubleCommand now is having settings per keyboard so you 
can, for example use a PC style keyboard with a Mac laptop and not have 
to switch between the two settings all the time. I'm looking at ways to 
do this now.
