[Doublecommand-announce] DoubleCommand 1.5 released

Hello DoubleCommand Users!

After a long delay, DoubleCommand 1.5 is now released.

This release updates internal key codes for Mac OS X 10.3 Panther, 
which should fix a few problems with features not working quite right.
