[Doublecommand-announce] DoubleCommand 1.4.4 released

Hi DoubleCommand users!

DoubleCommand 1.4.4 is now declared final. This version is for Mac OS 
X 10.2 Jaguar only, it will not function in 10.3 Panther (but it 
doesn't cause any problems either). The IOHIDSystem that 
DoubleCommand uses is no longer present in Panther, and so a new way 
of providing key remapping will have to be found before there will be 
a version of DoubleCommand for Panther.

Those of you who use the function key behaviour swapping stay tuned, 
I will be attempting to swap the behaviour using the same mechanism 
that Mac OS 9 used - which will mean that this is not only more 
accurate, but will probably also work with Panther.
