Hello DoubleCommand users!

A new beta of DoubleCommand is avaliable, this has fixes for the fn 
to control feature and adds support for TiBook keyboards (where F3 is 
volume down) to the F key behaviour swapping. Please report any 
feature that doesn't work as expected.
