Hi DoubleCommand users!

A new version is available, with the following new features:

- reversed function key behaviour for new PowerBooks/iBooks, you get 
function keys when you press them, and sound/brightness only when you 
hold down fn

- disable capslock, if you never use it, now you can turn it off

- a new install system that does all the work, no need to restart, 
reconfigure or even removed the old version, its all done for you
