#9 Swap fn & ctrl

Currently you can assign fn to ctrl, but being able to to the opposite also would be perfect! I use a macbook pro and the key layout when using emacs is awkward. the fn to ctrl solves most issues, except using the page up/down keys which require the fn key.

I will attempt the partial supported enter key mapping in the meantime.

Great tool, but I too would really like to be able to swap the fn and ctrl keys. Sorry, but my fingers have been programmed by years of PC style keyboard layouts.

(One can do this in carbon emacs fairly easily, and probably X as well, but it would be nice to be able to do it for the whole keyboard.)
