#86 Ctrl-Home and Ctrl-End

On Windows:
* Ctrl-Home moves cursor and view to start (same as Command+Up on Mac)
* Ctrl-End moves cursor and view to end (same as Command+Down on Mac)

It would be extremely useful if these were also added.
