#84 Possible to change num lock?

I never press num lock intentionally. But my cat walks on the key all the time, and then my keyboard "doesn't work".
This is a laptop, so I can toggle all Fn keys to do F1, F2... by default and require Fn to swap to the other controls, but that's not useful.
I want the other keys to work when pressed.
I don't want num lock ever.

Can you get at Numlock? Tell it to go away or at least be F6?
