I would very much love to be able to swap the option and command keys on a per-application basis. This would allow me to use the command key as it normally is used in Mac OS X, but have it mapped to meta in various terminal applications for use with emacs.

This feature can actually be implemented by allowing users to "check-mark" Applications to be excluded from using DoubleCommand Settings.

DoubleCommand messes up my key settings while using Windows via VMWare Fusion. DoubleCommand should definitely allow for a way to exclude certain applications (ie. VMWare Fusion, Remote Desktop, etc).

Really? Where does one do this "check mark" thing?
