#77 cmd-tab to ctrl-tab

i would like ctrl to cut/copy/paste and i can do that by switching cmd to ctrl and ctrl to cmd - but still switch between programs using the original placement of cmd-tab.

dunno if i made myself understandable, but the essence is like the summary says: cmd-tab to ctrl-tab
